Stage One comprises the completion of all design works associated with the Community Centre and all supporting Civil Works for succeeding stages, as well as commencement of construction on the Community Centre.
Stage Two comprises the resolution of native titles, and the completion of all design and construction works associated with the Sports Fields and Pavilion.
Stage Three comprises the completion of all design and construction works associated with the Dog Park, Tennis and Hockey Club.
Stage Four comprises the completion of all design and construction works associated with the Pump Track and Shelter.
