 Development Highlights

  • Norda Architects were awarded a $470,000 contract to undertake the design and construction support for JDHYCH roof, HVAC and internal refurbishment.
  • MJW Building was then awarded a $6. 7 million construction contract for the roof replacement, structural modifications, HVAC replacement, demolition and the alteration of the internal layout. The result will be a facility that better facilitates the Towns community services programming and addresses the legacy issues of the previous roof structure and HVAC system.
  • Emerge Associates have been awarded a $170,000 contract for design of the new external covered multi-purpose courts, car parks, landscaping and associated civil works within the Stage 1 works area.
  • A construction tender for the new external covered multi-purpose courts, car parks, landscaping and related civil works within the Stage 1 works area will be released and awarded before 31st December with the construction works to be delivered this financial year as per the recently released 2020/21 budget.
